 Anne Williams was a member of "The Sweet Inspirations"
from 1970-1975.
A native of Portsmouth, Virginia, Anne spent her formative years in the
Tidewater area. As a young adult, she moved to New York City where she met
the Sweet Inspirations. As a member of the Sweet Inspirations, Anne has
performed and made personal appearances with Elvis Presley and Aretha
Franklin. She has recorded with Ike and Tina Turner, Petula Clarke, Dionne
Warwick, Dusty Springfield and the list goes on and on. A gifted musician
and composer, Anne
accompanied herself and produced the recording of her original song “King of
the Rock.” This recording is a memory dedication with love to Elvis and
everyone, everywhere on the face of the
earth that loves Elvis. Track two is an instrumental for dance composed and
performed by Anne and is dedicated to the Elvis Presley Fan Clubs located
all over the world.
